Rossi earned her Bachelor of Arts in psychology from Southeastern University in Lakeland, Florida. Her education and career have always focused on her passion for working with underserved children and families. Rossi has been working in the nonprofit sector for more than a decade, having served as the Grants and Research Manager at the Barbara Bush Foundation, Director of Fund Development and Community Engagement at MaliVai Washington Youth Foundation, and Asst. Director of Student Enrichment for Communities in Schools. These roles have helped Rossi gain extensive experience in nonprofit leadership, fund development and program administration.
