START SMART IS A COMPREHENSIVE PREMARITAL EDUCATION PROGRAM WITH 4 KEY ELEMENTS
1. A premarital inventory driven by current research that provides a comprehensive, unique profile of a couple’s relationship, measuring their strengths and growth areas in 13 critical categories needed for a successful marriage.
2. Up to five mentoring sessions with trained “Marriage Coaches”* to process Start Smart inventory answers and workbook exercises through targeted discussion.
3. Experiential learning of specific communication and conflict resolution skills crucial to a healthy marriage
4. A workbook packed with innovative exercises and meaningful content regarding expectations, finances, personalities and perspectives, sexuality and intimacy, communication and conflict resolution.
The Start Smart workbook is free for couples who purchase the inventory ($29) as a pdf file or you can purchase pre-printed workbooks for your session.
*NOTE: Please have a mentor before you take the inventory. Once you take the inventory you are responsible for picking a mentor, Live the Life does not assign mentors.
